Main Purpose of Job
Act as a local Ambassador of the Nespresso coffee expertise internally and externally and actively contribute to establish Nespresso as the reference in coffee expertise.

Developing Coffee Expertise
. Develop strong understanding of Annual Operational Plan (OP) and Integrated Activity Plan (IAP)
. Act as the local coffee Sensory Referent to support the OP and IAP by driving an understanding of the competition and advisory to Product team for forecasting and project management
. Monitor local and international relevant trends and report these to local management and HQ . Operational excellence for all content
. Key coffee authority brand image statements
. Tasting experience & overall results as measured by boutique Mystery Shopper visits
. Translation of the OP2023 strategy with the local Coffee community
. Attendance at regional and global coffee meetings
. Gold Capsule Challenge participant rate & # employees to 2nd round / final
. Number of Coffee Bards in place and trained
. Number of employees successfully passing basic level of Coffee Expertise training path
. Number of executed coaching sessions for Coffee Bards and Trainers involved in the execution of Coffee Expertise related trainings (e.g. Coffee Fundamentals 1&2)
Coffee Thought Leadership
. Contribute to the annual strategy with a Coffee-first approach
. Develop and impart thought leadership of Coffee to advise the business in the decision-making process to reinforce the market strategy and to indirectly deliver the annual P&L
Implementing Coffee Communications
. Establish an annual implementation of external coffee engagement initiatives with key opinion leaders and influencers
. Ensure accuracy and consistency of the content in the local adaptation of any coffee related communication material and scripts
Development and Engagement of Local Coffee Community
. Implement and manage activities proposed by HQ (e.g. Gold Capsule Contest, new products & other internal launch activities) and develop other local relevant initiatives
. Establish an annual plan of all internal initiatives linked to Coffee Expertise (e.g. Coffee Bard network, coffee education, Gold Capsule contest, tasting events)
. Actively contribute to the setting up and development of the network of New Zealand Coffee Bards with recruitment, identification to their development. Act as Indirect Leader for this group and enable them to support the execution of the internal coffee expertise strategy

Education level:

Vast experience in training (internally) presenting (externally) and media interviews (no hard condition, a plus)
. Strong in stakeholder management, both internally as externally
. Fluency in English
