The opportunity
Project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project will consist of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is currently bidding for one of the several Delivery Partner roles which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Directing and supervising the cost management team providing support across the project.
- Contributing to the implementation of the programme strategy and the development of the specific projects action plan.
- Managing the client relationship and all the reporting responsibilities.
- Reviewing contracts and making recommendations on commerciality.
- Resolving issues with contracts and commercial operations.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for cost and commercial on the project.
- Ensuring that all stakeholders such as administration, operations and finance understand and adhere to contractual obligations reflecting them accurately.
- Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
- Supervising and motivating a multi-cultural team and ensuring all commercial goals are delivered.
About you
You have relevant degree qualifications, MRICS and master's preferred. You will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursue a similar level of professional qualification.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with a particular client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
