Description:
We are looking for an HR Manager who Can join us immediately to oversee our company's hiring.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as HR Manager
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Minimum Five years local working experience in an HR manager role
Preferred F&B Experience
Strong personality, communications skills, and leadership
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource activities as per UAE law.
Suggest the best option for the company needs
compensation and benefits packages and implement performance review procedures.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Develop new techniques in the recruitment, selection, orientation, talent
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Assist in payroll preparation
Experience liaising with government bodies in the UAE as well as a working knowledge of Immigration requirements and processes.
