Department Description:
The RBS MPT unit is a sales channels under RBSCards Personal Loans catering to the Credit Card Personal Finance and Bank Account requirements of existing and prospect Emirates NBD customers within UAE The teams core responsibility is to sell increase banks market share of Credit Card Personal Finance and Account base in line with the Banks overall business strategy
Brief Description:
The job holder is also responsible for bringing new companies to the banks approved list of employers and build on these relationships to increase penetration banks retail banking products
The unit will also focus on cross selling of other retail banking products when required to increase sales of other banks products thus positively affecting the overall sales revenue and profitability
Detailed Description:
Sales of Credit Card Personal Finance and Bank Accounts in retail banking
Cross selling of other bank products when required
To check and approve applications sourced by team membersRBEs before submission to support team
To call customers who apply for bank products to verify important information TCs charges TAT etc
To act professionally on behalf of the bank for providing details of bank products services and related processes etc to customers
To adhere to banks service standards so as to ensure best in class customer service and experience
To follow the laid down policies and procedures of the bank
To collate team data about customer feedback market pulse lost data etc and any other data point or process as required by the unitbank
Job Requirements:
1- Achieve assigned team monthly sales targets of credit cards personal finance products and bank accounts
2- Assist team members in internal follow ups with stakeholders such as support team RCC product team etc for approvals exceptions deviations field visits etc
3- To make confirmation calls to customers who apply for bank products so as to validate important information TCs charges TAT etc
4- To collate and report daily reports of the team pertaining to submissions approvals discrepancies and any other aspect required by management
5- Meet customers when required for assisting team members in closing sale company listings etc
Additional Details:
