Job Description :
We have been mandated by a leading Saudi Government entity to find 8 Legal Experts across a variety of sectors to join their leading legal team. This organisation is going through a huge transformation and is looking for talented lawyers who are experts in their field and who have experience working in the GCC.
- must have 8+ PQE
- must have experience working in the energy sector, with an expertise in power
- must have experience in drafting agreements including PPAs and generation, transmission & distribution agreements
- must be willing to relocate/live in Riyadh
- must have 8+ PQE
- must have experience working in either a bank or an international law firm
- must have experience advising on matters including sukuk and bonds
- ideally be an Arabic speaker
- must be will to relocate/live in Riyadh
- must have 8+ PQE
- must have Arabic speaking capabilities
- must have experience advising on IT contracts, software contracts, litigation and licences
- must have experience drafting O&M agreements, due diligence and restructuring
- must be willing to relocate/live in Riyadh
- must have 8+ PQE
- must be a KSA national (due to the entity's Saudization process)
- must have experience in advising on commercial matters
- must have experience working with or dealing with government entities
- must be willing to relocate/live in Riyadh
