We are looking for a Travel Agent, The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Working Hours 2 Shifts (9-1) and (5-9)
- Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

المهارات
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Travel field.
- Well experience in airline ticketing and reservation by using GDS Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre – Should be able to issue/cancel/modify tickets.
- Shall be an added advantage if he/she is able to arrange for tour packages .
- who is passionate about traveling. You will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday and you will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers.
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- Fluent Communication skills in English and Arabic.
- In-depth Geographical knowledge.
- Candidate should be available locally.
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Maintain statistical and financial records in order to meet profit and sales targets.
