Provide technical training for technicians (All consumer Electronics Products), CRM management ,
Defect data analysis , Service support for field issue.
Duties:
Arrangement of Training sessions for distributors ( Home Appliances products )
Keeping and updating trainee database
Drafting and announcement of the correct procedures, policies and documentations
requirements of repairs / defect phases
Product sample Technical evaluation and Reporting
Drafting and announcement of service bulletins for the department
Assistance in warranty claim verification
Email queries handlings
المهارات
Essential Skill: Engineer / Diploma by qualification
Minimum 3 years working in the same capacity preferably with a
MNC / principal
Good Tech skills – Products & Repair Knowledge
Essential: Analytical skills on data analysis
Good Communication Skills and Proficient in Excel / PP & analytical
skills.
