KEY ACCOUNTABILITES
- Effectively support a portfolio of projects and programs across the TA function, partnering with the team to operationalize and build implementation and operational strategies.
- Design and help lead large-scale recruiting transformation initiatives and projects as we transform our People and TA system landscape.
- Lead the core operational processes and ensure we achieve hiring success by building and delivering enablement programs to support the TA team, hiring managers, and interviewers.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity in ORC (ATS) by developing routine auditing procedures and processes to support data integrity initiatives.
- Design and data mapping of TA dashboards and reporting via ORC
- Achieve higher levels of business impact and improve performance metrics by leading continuous process initiatives
- Identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions that can help our organization and our management team scale a highly engaged and inclusive team.
- Assist in development and documentation of Talent Acquisition/People Team Operations processes, procedures, and policies (including SOX compliance)
- Facilitate education and develop strategy with the leadership team to help enable advisory roles within the Talent Acquisition team
- The TA Operations Manager is a results driven and outstanding disruptor who can bring their expertise, creativity and vision to support recruiting and hiring teams
OTHER
- Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World's Principles, values and culture ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
JOB CONTEXT
TA Operations is integral to ensuring a robust framework which supports Head Office and regional hiring of talent.
Through recruitment operations, the role is expected to ensure a high quality of the hiring process, reduce risk, enhance retention and ultimately give DP World a distinct competitive advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience with 5+ years leading TA Operations (or similar operational role) within a multinational HR environment with knowledge of international best practice in terms of Recruitment systems and processes
- Deep knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ORC or Taleo
- A proven track record of developing TA capabilities including an understanding of the latest TA technologies inclusive of innovation to implementation.
- Excellent service orientation that execute strong service levels, using metric and analytics
- Strong project management skills and operational rigor, extremely well organized with acute attention to detail
- Ability to manage ambiguity, and sophisticated problem-solving, emerging with strategic plans and deliverables.
- Planning and prioritization skills, with experience in metrics that drive consistency and quality.
- Ability to clearly articulate objectives, strong information seeking skills and ability to make things happen, translating vision into action
- Have the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
- Possess a positive, team player attitude
- Minimum of a Batchelors degree
