As the Senior Brand Manager for Food, you will play an important part role in delighting target consumers through ensuring strong execution of brand plans. A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands and leads on consumer studies to unlock consumer gaps.
- Defines brand vision, strategies and plans to bring the brand essence to life.
- Leads the 60/40+research and other researches, packaging, NHW dashboard, services and CSV related to her/his brand.
- Understands shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers, helps design shopping experiences that delight consumers and shoppers.
- Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers.
- Develops and successfully execute bigger, bolder and better innovation & renovation for brands such as KitKat, Fuel and Seeds.
- Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the MBS.
- Understands business impact and prioritizes PFME and TTS investment of her/his brands.
- Responsible for the development of ultimate brief and big Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
- Lead in the evolution of brand performance through KPIs across the market.
- Develop actions and ensure consistent performance across portfolio being managed.
- Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team.
What will make you successful
- Minimum 6-8 years experience in marketing and 2 years in other function (ideally in Sales/Marketing)
- FMCG experience an asset
- Experience in leading and managing projects on cross functional teams
- Self-motivated, passionate, and results oriented
