An IT service company provider located in Dubai is looking for a Sales Coordinator/Admin. Coordinator.
With the following experiences:
- Coordinating the sales and support services by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to clients / management / supplier / contractors.
- Handling customer request from quotation to delivery.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports on our cloud structure.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor the CRM/Digital platform progress, identify issues, and propose improvements.
- Follow up on payment and track invoice settlement between customers, suppliers and freelancers.
- Manage DMCC account, PRO and ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
