Develop and implement new technological systems to align restaurant strategy and business objectives, as well as organize related projects to improve upon the customer experience.
Description
Provide critical insight on business undertakings to implement the most appropriate technology and ensure an efficient use of talent within the organization.Oversee the utilization of cloud platforms to leverage data to support strategic objectives in expanding business operations.Provide data collection, analysis, and advisory assistance on different functions of the company (such as Finance or Marketing).Support technical and data teams in their achieving their specific goals relating to automation or integrating APIs with ERP.
Profile
15-20 years of experience in Restaurant, Retail, or Hospitality IT field.Proven experience planning and developing rollouts of additional IT infrastructure or technology.Proactive, decision-taking individual with outstanding organisational skills.Analytical, detail oriented and possesses strong statistical skills.
