Position Title: Purchasing & Storekeeper Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Receiving, storing and issuing supplies and equipment for the day to day restaurant operations
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specification
- Keping inventory and stock records, as well as compiling records of expenditures/consumptions periodically
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to any nationals
- 35 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role (F&B / Hospitality groups)
- Should be fully vaccinated
