الوصف الوظيفي
Job Summary:
- Manage the Procurement process for a given set of goods & Services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
- Good knowledge on Petro-chemical commodities of Materials Pipe, flange Fittings, consumables and spare parts.
- Aware on technical procurement of Piping materials and ASTM, ANSI and API code and standards.
- Deal with high value Turnaround procurement and obtaining relevant approvals.
- Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
- Develop and maintain a strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant purchasing and sourcing concepts.
- Supports change in system processes and workflow improvements which leads to function delivery as guided by the Department Manager.
Requirements
- Must have Degree in Engineering with 5-7 years’ experience in Oil and Gas environment
- SAP knowledge is mandatory.
- Good communication and written skills
