• Ticket management, troubleshooting and L2 & L3 analysis. • Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware incidents • Establish diagnosis and resolution action plan • Communicate resolution action plan to customer • Address and escalate incidents to upper level support team • Maintaining activity report after onsite intervention • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required • Assisting with systems integrations • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures • Identifying and resolving technical issues • Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems • Developing reports for teams across the business • Enhancing existing Organization performance • Developing tools to automate bulk update •
