Job Description and Requirements
Job advertisement:
We are seeking an Intellectual Property Administrator to represent CWB at the Ministry of
Industry and Trade and other governmental institutions.
The IP Administrator will handle clients’ applications and ensure that their registrations are
maintained.
This role will be based out of Amman office but will be part of the region’s Practice
Operations team.
Requirements:
Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role. IP experience
is a plus
Language: Native Arabic speaker with strong English language skills
Education: A tertiary degree is essential
Computer skills: Experience and competency with basic programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and Outlook). ERP experience, particularly Microsoft D365, is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Representing the firm at Government Ministries, Embassies and Notary Publics;
• Attending to IP related duties online or by visiting official authorities;
• Processing invoices and reconciling and managing petty cash;
• Scanning, filing, and profiling documents and correspondence;
• Maintaining a filing and storage system for all original hard copies in Amman office;
• Managing courier requests for Amman office;
• Keeping up to date with ministry procedures/regulations and updating the team
accordingly; and
• Providing administrative assistance when needed.
