الوصف الوظيفي
- Mainly responsible for developing strategies and work schemes which
regulate that part in the company. He spares no effort in applying the
various objectives that he has already been developed.
- To establish and develop the HR department in accordance with the
company’s developing as well as assigning efficient employees in the
department.
- To obtain the required visas according to the requirements of the
department managers for the future of the company.
- To manage and regulate the recruitment process according to the
requirements of the department managers.
- To prepare all forms and documents required for recruitment and make
schedules for the interview appointments in each country.
- To obtain the required entry visas for the department managers as
necessary for any country and supervise the booking of flight tickets and
hotels in the country for which the managers will travel.
- To observe the implementation of the policies and the internal regulations
and work as per Saudi Labor Law.
- To control the Saudization process and appoint Saudis in all Company
departments.
- To monitor the payment of the required government fees for the continuity
of the Company activities without incurring any fines.
- To renew the subscriptions in the required government websites.
- To observe the working hours of the employees and the time sheets
according to the fingerprint system in addition to reviewing and approving the
payroll sheets.
- To computerize the dealings of the employees and reduce the paperwork.
- To insure the confidentiality of the information and the data of the
employees.
- To follow the insurance and the maintenance of the vehicles.
المهارات
- Age 30 years old or above.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or
Equivalent. (Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent will be a big Advantage).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Effective planning, High leadership, and managerial skills.
- Excellent Communication skills with others. Fluency in English and Arabic
- language.
- Can work under pressure.
