Position Title: Head Hostess
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus tips and duty meals

About the Client:
A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai
Job Description:
- Manage the hostess/cashiers and make sure that all guests have a pleasant dining experience.
- Greet guests as they come in and assigns them to a table.
- Maintain waiting list, reservations and seating chart for entire restaurant throughout service
- Answer phone and take phone reservations, answering questions, providing directions, recording take-out orders
- Ensure the customers are always delighted and leave having a positive experience
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Europeans and Western nationals
- Female, 45 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience in the same role (F&B or Hospitality groups, should be from fine dining / high end restaurants)
- Should be fully vaccinated
- Should be highly presentable
