Scope and General Purpose of Job:

A Finance Manager distributes the financial resources of a company, is responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

Job Duties:

  1. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
  2. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
  3. Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
  4. Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
  5. Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  7. Taking accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system.
  8. Ensuring that the quality policy and quality objectives are established for the quality management system and are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the organization.
  9. Ensuring the integration of the quality management system requirements into the organization's business processes.
  10. Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking.
  11. Ensuring that the resources needed for the quality management system are available.
  12. Communicating the importance of effective quality management and of conforming to the quality management system requirements.
  13. Ensuring that the quality management system achieves its intended results.
  14. Engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system.
  15. Promoting improvement.
  16. Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.
  17. Perform other duties as maybe assigned

المهارات

Job Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus.
  2. 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
  3. Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
  4. Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
  5. Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  6. Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
  7. Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
