الوصف الوظيفي
· Plan the daily Transfer/ Chauffeur activities for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Assure effective support to the Line Manager and the team within at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Effectively liaise with relevant internal and external concerned parties to assure the timely and optimal execution of the planned transportation activities at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Administer and optimize the processes at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Maintain document status and KPIs databases for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Allocate tasks to the assigned team as per the approved work plan and monitor their activities at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility to assure the optimal utilization of resources and achievement of targets.
· Partake in ensuring proactive and effective measures, actions, and controls are in place to mitigate risks and assure compliance with HSSE policy and procedures for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Ensure that all required data, information, documentations and reports are kept updated in the ERP system at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Maintain the physical and electronic archives and filing system(s) for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Perform data analysis and prepare timely and accurate reports in the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Assist in identifying and proposing improvement initiatives based on current performance and/or future requirements and partake in their implementation for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Create a positive and supportive work environment that encourages performance excellence, and establishes result-oriented teams with common purpose, goals, and shared-values at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Ensure adherence to the relevant statutory requirements/guidelines for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge on local statutory requirements, applicable standards, global trends and technological advancements in the core lines of the operations at the area(s) within the scope of responsibility and utilize this knowledge to develop performance.
· Identify and propose improvement initiatives based on current performance and/or future requirements and partake in their implementation for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility
· Observe QHSSE Best-Practice guidelines and/or approved applicable policies and procedures for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
· Perform any relevant additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the superior(s).

المهارات
- Minimum Secondary School Certification
- 2-4 years of Experience in the same Field depending on the level of education.
- Willing to work in shift timings
- Willing to work on temporary contact from October- December 2022
- Preferably on family sponsorship
Soft Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadline
- Excellent business communication & presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Integrated ERP Systems (SAP is preferred)
- Fluent in English. Arabic is beneficial.
