Job Description :
- Establish, nurture and manage Customer Relations, Market Development and internal stakeholders relationship to ensure achieving and exceeding the sales targets in the territory for Research and Academia customer segment.
- The main expectations from this role revolve around the areas of Product and customer segment in depth knowledge, sales, key account management and all other duties as required to maintain and grow business profitable within the assigned regions.
- The fundamental responsibility is to Map out the KSA Academia and Research Market, identify customer value, conduct customer value stream mapping aiming at understand customer motivations and Organization's budget cycles buying and processes as well as exceed country/ territory sales objectives as assigned.
- Timely and accurate feedback on market conditions including competitor landscape, pricing activity, marketing activities is an essential component in this role.
