𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿

Nabih Elias Azzam & Partners (NEA) is looking to hire a permanent and full-time based Proposal and Procurement Officer for our Dubai – UAE Office.

The applying candidate :

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years professional experience in proposal and procurement administration in the UAE/GCC in a Consultancy / Quantity Surveying Firm.

• Must have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent Professional Qualification with proficient experience in Microsoft Office applications.

• Must have knowledge in fee proposal preparation and is familiar with fee proposal / bidding terms.

• Will be expected to work on a number of fee proposals and pre-qualification documents at a time.

• Maintaining well labelled and organised document control for both hardcopy and CRM system related proposal and procurement.

• Must be a team player, efficient and has fast learning skills.

• Assist in maintaining other marketing and business development tasks such as company profile / website.

• Assist in other admin tasks when required such as answering calls, and hotel and ticket reservations.

• Excellent communication skills to be able to respond to clients professionally.

Availability: Within two weeks.
