The Main job responsibilities are as follows:

• Review and report on commercial retail leases;

• Review and report on residential tenancies and leases;

• Review, report on and where necessary re-draft commercial terms of AMC agreements;

• Review, report on and where necessary re-draft commercial terms of commercial agreements;

• Manage external counsel with direction;

• Knowledge of Trade License Renewals;

• Knowledge of New Trade License procedures;

• Knowledge of Free Zone Company formation;

• Knowledge of Company Formation (non-free zone);

• Drafting Powers of Attorney;

• Ability to take minutes of meeting

• Working knowledge of criminal and civil procedures within courts of the UAE;

• Working knowledge of Rent Dispute Committee;

• Working knowledge of RERA and DLD procedures.

Qualification

• Have a bachelor's degree in law and preferably a Masters degree from Western law university.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of PQE including atleast 2 years in the UAE.

• Are well versed with property related legal matters as well as new company formation etc

• Available for an early start.
