- Development, implementation and testing within SLA (EMM, EDA, DBSS, CS, OLM)
- Accompaign customer UATs.
- Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
- Follow ITIL Service Operation processes especially for change management process
- Develop high quality documentation for the different changes
- Perform the configuration on different Digital BSS platforms
- Whenever required shall develop routines for efficient DBSS delivery for different platforms
- Coordinate with the Operations team whenever required for the implementation of the change requests and business configurations into the production environment
- Provide necessary inputs and develop procedures, processes and documentation in the aim to maintain a business dashboard
- Following Instructions & Procedures.
