As a Transfer Representative, you will be responsible to assist buyers & sellers in the sales and purchase process by facilitating a smooth and customer-centric experience. You will play a major role in helping and guiding the customer step by step on how to clear the outstanding mortgage from the bank while making sure all the documents and cheques are done from our side.

Ensure to be on top of all the pending and new requests for transfers and loan clearance.
Ensure the seller’s traffic file is cleared and there are no blocks in the system and follow proper SOP and necessary checks.
Inform buyers and sellers of all relevant company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the FRS/Purchasers after receiving a request for loan clearance or transfer of ownership.
Coordinate with the finance team to arrange the cheque.
Ensure all the necessary approvals are done before starting the process.
Coordinate with the finance team to check if the payment is received.
Accompany the seller while creating the POA and in the bank.
Update the company’s CRM accordingly and all the concerned departments are updated.
Have regular follow-ups with the seller until the loan is released by the RTA and the vehicle is ready for transfer.
Ensure the stakeholders are always informed
Customers Centricity should be kept as a high priority
Prepare the payment form and give it to the finance team to process the seller’s payment if needed
Book transfer appointments when needed
Collection of payment and following processes related to it.
Check and confirm details of the transfer including but not limited to emirates the car is registered and needs to be registered by the buyer.
In case of different emirates inform the parties of related paperwork which is required.
Coordinate with the finance team to check if the payment is received.
If a transfer or loan clearance appointment is booked, call the seller and the buyer to confirm the transfer as per SOP
Respond to users' queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
If there is any delay during the transfer procedure inform the relevant stakeholders with details.
