Our client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. The organization generates over $24 million in sales and has over 850 companies and 700 employees.
They are currently looking for a User Experience Designer to be based in Remote/ Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Design solutions for a wide range of problems based on user research. Design end to end experiences that create better workflows for our users.
Sketch initial concepts and flows in low fidelity to be able to share and collaborate early in the design process. Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to clients and senior management
Develop different types of prototypes to iterate solutions with the rest of the team, key stakeholders or customers.
Work closely with other designers, engineers, and product managers to define the boundaries of design problems and advocate for simple, impactful solutions.
Act as the voice of the user while interacting with key business partners, understanding constraints and exploring and validating solutions.
Produce final design assets, including visuals and animations to execute the design.
Prepare project plans and coordinate project activities from planning to implementation. Maintain matrix for process improvements.
Coordinate project schedule and task details and help to prepare reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling.
Collaborate with relevant staff members and leaders to identify required projects and initiatives that support the achievement of Emerging Tech & Innovation (ETI) vision.
Help instill a culture of development, guidance and performance within T&D ETI.
Take responsibility, in collaboration with Head of Emerging Tech & Innovation for building and maintaining a high-performance team.

Qualification & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of proven experience as UX Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio of design projects
Ability to take requirements from user feedback to design and implementation.
Proficient in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Balsamiq)
Have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical issues effectively and appropriately for a wide range of audiences
Familiar with Machine Learning, Robotics, and other emerging technologies
Entrepreneurial mindset with a wide range of skills
Have experience with front-end programming languages
Have experience in user research and technical writing
