- Assists in the development and deployment of solutions
- Responsible for creating technical documentation for infrastructure solutions
- Identify network system issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions
- Provide preventative measures to ensure uptime and optimal performance of the environment
- Perform complex problem isolation within the Telecommunications Infrastructure and Networks
- On-call rotation/After Hours support is required
- Creates technical documentation for infrastructure solutions

- Excellent knowledge of video conferencing technologies and products
- Experience in and a passion for network and system management
- Ability to lead teams on projects is required
- Management disciplines and tools experience with Information Security around DLP
