1. Pro-actively manage & develop the Branch & its business to meet financial targets.
2. Business development/marketing activities to identify secure & retain new clients.
3. Effective management, development and training of support staff within the Branch.
4. Maintenance of accurate records.
5. Providing reports/information.
6. Constantly striving to improve the quality of service to both clients and customers.
7. Ensuring that all dealings with clients/ customers /trainers/colleagues.
8. Implementing Institute plans and programs
9. Marketing, selling and organizing Implementing Training Programs, forums and
conferences.
10. Developing and implementing plans for various campaigns related to Business needs on
specific issues.
11. Full responsibility for delivering quality training via a team of trainers.
12. Formulate policies and make decisions on training matters and strategy.
13. Analysis training needs, training design and development.
14. Develop new business opportunities and propositions.
15. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
