Job Description

Summary
*Assists in the smooth and efficient running of the equipments, maintenance of plumbing issues and electrical concerns of the hotel in support of all other operating departments
Qualifications
Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management desirable / . Minimum 2 years work experience as Kitchen Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with central plant.
