As a Technical Support Engineer, you will ensure that we efficiently support the post-sales customer issue. You'll oversee the repairs is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.

Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined across organizational boundaries.

Conducting mechanical inspections and using moderately complex diagnostic equipment.

Aiding in the analysis of recurring failures or damaged parts.

Being familiar client’s process for compliance/ escalation to ensure the proper process is followed.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
-
Have at least 3 to 5 years' relevant experience in well intervention

Familiar with casing exits/whipstocks (Hydraulic & mechanical), and Big Hole Conventional Fishing

Be a motivated self-starter with a results – oriented mindset and an ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.

Be confident, flexible and adaptable and perform under stress when required
