الوصف الوظيفي

  • Responsible for developing customer solution in the sales cycle based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the spectrum of ABATS product offerings. Shall support the sales team with the required product information, communicate sales strategies effectively and support sales team in the entire liaison required.
  • Experts in Oracle ERP, SAP, Networking, Security, Database, Cloud Services, IOT, Enterprise Applications, system integrator, security application, end to end IT Solutions/Architectures and Business Solutions.
  • o Identifies the set business requirements, define the solution, approach and estimates on price and time
  • o Develops and delivers custom solutions and presentations tailored to the clients’ situations, including advanced technical concepts to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs
  • o Understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
  • o Supports and works closely together with the sales team to win the business deals
  • o Works with Partner and makes sure that partner has the correct offering to fit the customer needs during the bidding process
  • o Works with the Vendors and make sure that the new and updated product features and functionalities are captured and put a plan with vendors to develop the pre-sales capabilities of ABATS
  • o Mastering proposals and technical sales cycle leveraging multiple resources
  • o Proactively supports relationships with customers and partners
  • o Proposes solutions, also works to develop new partner to fulfil ABATS needs
  • o Coordinates the total bidding process and visits the customers regularly with sales team to develop and update the account plan and account segmentation
  • o Responsible for understanding business and technical problems and addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
  • o Coordinates with the Operations team to help offer pre-sales presentation, technical proposal and costing the project
  • o Managing cross functional stakeholders and their expectations; this includes senior leadership, as well as functionally: System Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
  • Interfacing with customers to assist them with defining business and technical requirements; influencing customer’s decisions about technology and offered solutions

Education and Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor degree is required
  • · Previous Technical/ Engineering role is desired
  • · MBA or/and MIS is a plus
  • · Bilingual is a preference
  • · 10+ years of experience in IT Solutions/Architectures and Business Solutions
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • · Creative thinking, planning, and drafting proposals
  • · Superior presentation skills
  • · Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • · Knowledge of software development and project methodologies
  • · Leadership and communication skills
  • · Ability to research and keep on top of industry developments
  • · Negotiation skills
  • Aptitude for problem solving and time management
