Responsibilities Project Management – Support the Team Lead in Managing Projects and Quality of all deliverables. Expert in Package Design – Expertise in Packaging design to understand the brief and mentor the team to deliver the expected quality Project Management – Scoping the project, timelines, self quality check, iterations, ensure the preparation of final print file with correct specs shared with the Printer. Expert in Package Design – Expertise in Packaging design to understand the brief and mentor the team to deliver the expected quality Communication – Pro-actively connect with requestors, team and printer over email and calls Communication – Pro-actively connect with requestors on day-to-day work Qualifications 4-5 years experience in Packaging Design for a CPG company. Strong preference for candidates with both, agency and client background. Expert Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is must. Demonstrated understanding of relationships between agencies, brands, retailers, and vendors. Experience working with designers and agencies. Solid project management, process, and organizational skills with a heightened attention to detail. Previous experience managing direct reports. Language proficiency both in English and Arabic is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE COMPULSORY). Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of brands and projects with detail-oriented lens. Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
