Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of site-wide logistics strategies including; site security, traffic management, emergency response (medical and fire), material distribution management, waste management, temporary water and worker management.
• Develop multiple tenders to procure the required logistics services to support different phases of project.
• Optimize temporary water demand forecast, recognizing seasonal factors and project phasing, to develop a supply strategy that maximized future permanent infrastructure and significantly reduced CAPEX on temporary works.
• Identify synergies in emergency medical provision between workers accommodation and the construction site, enhancing quality of medical capability, eliminating duplication across multiple contracts.
• Implement improved access to site, positively impacting safety by separating heavy construction vehicles from other road users, while simultaneously enhancing security.
• Collaborate with all project directors to bring clarity, confidence and logistics integration to their program.
• Look out for ways to improve transportation processes. For example, redesigning how a warehouse is arranged in order to make it easier for loads to be arranged and placed into trucks
• Monitor inventory by coming up with new ideas or innovations on how the organization can sell more products and how customer demands can be accurately satisfied

المهارات

Qualifications:

• Minimum BS/BA degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 25 years of applicable work experience, including demonstrated effective management experience.
• A professional registration is also required.
