Job Duties
- Identify and implement suggested improvements to HR processes through process mapping and review of the activity
- Act as a representative of the HR function, providing day to day support to employees and management
- Identify organisational structure changes and to implement these in SAP in partnership with HRIS
- Maintain an up-to-date record of current vacancies and supports the line manager in filling these, ensuring that departmental headcounts are not exceeded

- Support Group HR with coordination and completion of employee engagement impact plans
- Act as an ambassador for the Employee Engagement Survey, supporting Group HR as required
- Coordinate and organise the HR Townhall meetings
- Work with stakeholders to create regular editions of the HR Talk magazine
- Maintain and update the HR JAM Community site
- Understands the role of Group L&D and how they support the business

About the Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in HR, min 2 years in a similar role
- Business Acumen
- Previous experience in HR transformation programs and change management
- Solid Stakeholders management
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Strong team player, with ability to take initiative and operate independently. Able to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in working in international and complex organizations.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality and meeting deadlines are your trademark
