JOB OBJECTIVE:
Provide Human Resources Information System (HRIS) solution and support in HR programs, policy, processes and systems. Provide professional recommendations for the process improvement and efficiency activities through HRIS solutions. Perform various duties aiming to administer the HRIS related activities and provide timely and effective services related to HRIS issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / ACADEMICS REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Engineering, Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
International Professional Certification like CIPD / SHRM / SAP or equivalent is preferred. SAP certification is compulsory for Human Resource and Business Administration qualification.
MINIMUM YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE:
Five (5) years of relevant experience.
