Profile
Key requirements for the successful candidate include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalentChartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) preferredMinimum 15-20 years experience in HR with at least 5 years in a leadership roleHands-on HR experience working in the West OR with western multinational companies in the region is a must.Proven track record of Leading and managing changeCoaching and mentoring across various levelsStrong knowledge of local/international HR trendsExcellent communications skillsProject ManagementKnowledge of Local Labour Law
