Front Of House Operative

Job Description

The opportunity
To effectively manage the day-to-day admin of the reception area and to provide a first-class service in a professional and efficient manner.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the first impression is of the highest standards whether in person or over the telephone.
  • Receiving and welcoming all visitors and clients to office reception.
  • Providing calendar management, answering and screening of incoming calls, routing for action and follow up.
  • Supporting with the general office duties.
  • Booking meeting rooms and logging helpdesk jobs.
  • Ensuring services are delivered to the agreed service levels.
  • Developing strong relationships with visitors and staff at all levels.
  • Answering calls, keys management and others.
  • Keeping records and files updated.
  • Managing the courier service.

About you
You will have strong organisation and multi-tasking skills. You will have experience in stakeholder management and delivering exemplary customer service. Previous reception experience preferred. You will also have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
You are able to build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities that Mace has to offer.
