• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify opportunities for potential improvement.
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
• Provide insightful financial analysis of consolidated results, including budgets, forecasts, and month-end results.
• Provide analytical support to the senior management and line managers.
• Prepare financial statements and forecasts to advise top management on how to maximize profits.

المهارات

Main functionality:

• Experience with control of the investment budget.
• Experience in the formation of payments in the bank-client of the Dubai Bank
• Experience with Tracking debts under contracts
• Interaction with banks and contractors in Dubai.
• Formation of a plan-fact of the investment budget
• Formation of a plan-fact of the operating budget
• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
• Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
• Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
• Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.

Mandatory requirements:

• Spoken English and Russian
• Excellent experience in using Confident user 1s / IIKO
• Experienced Excel user
• Mandatory experience in budgeting and man
