Main Duties & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Expert Presales Engineer to work closely with Account Managers and customers. Candidate's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.
- Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Leads & Opportunities
- Managing the full Presales Activities with Sales or directly with client.
- Be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer or educate the customer about Product features, Specifications, and functionalities.
- Preparing & Providing Presentations or Trainings about Products for Customers.
- Responding to RFI/RFQ/RFPs from Technical point of view and drive POCs to meet the customer’s success criteria.
- To prepare Technical or/and Financial proposals.
- To provide High Level Design, Scope of Work, or Bill of material for different products.
- Engage with customer to develop trusted technology advisor relationship.
- Suppliers & Vendors Management and Communications.
- Preparing & Delivering Products Enablement Sessions to Sales Team.
- Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
- To provide reports, updates, & info about daily operation to direct Manager.
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
