The Customer Service Executive executes jobs in an accurate, systematic, efficient and timely manner. The person coordinates with all persons, teams, and/or agencies concerned in moving the shipment.
Mainly responsible for:
Sending enquiries/RFQ's to overseas agents, local carriers
Prompt communication with the overseas and local partners
Ensuring proper handling of shipments from start to finish
Requirements
At least 2 years experience in a similar post
Knowledge of sea and air imports and exports, cross trades (Air/Sea/Land)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Planning and organizing skills
Capacity to handle stressful situations
High degree of accuracy
