About this opportunity

As Ericsson Customer Unit Customer Marketing Manager and Innovation Hub Manager Saudi Arabia, you lead the planning and implementation of multiple customer experiences across a Customer Unit within region. You will engage and collaborate with the sales organization in ongoing business and new business opportunities ensuring leads generation for a balanced growth. And also, you have the overall responsibility to drive innovation activities and be responsible for the operations in hub facility in Saudi Arabia including planning and execution of different customer experiences within the hub. The hub is considered as the place to promote innovation internally and externally and to explore new business areas while facilitating the creation of local ecosystem.

You will be part of customer marketing managers, a contributor to build impactful customer experiences and ensure alignment within MA Marketing & Communication and with global Marketing functions.

The position reports to the Market Area Middle East & Africa Head of Marketing.

What you will do

  • Analyze the account/engagements from market, customer, and competitor’s perspectives
  • Develop effective account plans for specific accounts to accelerate demand generation
  • Participate in sales account planning to share market insights and develop insights on sales ambitions
  • Analyze key customer stakeholder’s preferences regarding areas of interest and preferred communications channel
  • Build positive relationships with customer counterparts to engage early in the customer journey and build the need for the customer
  • Plan (agenda creation) complete and debrief customer projects. Ensure full dynamic agenda support during engagement and secure Business outcome with account(s)
  • Plan and complete industry events, being responsible for the project to successful execution.
  • Complete workshops, presentations, and other types of customer engagements of key customers and prioritized accounts
  • Deliver marketing campaign activations, as needed for account and marketing plan
  • Train and learn marketing plans flow, processes, tools, activations, and assets as appropriate
  • Measure activation success and analyze necessary changes
  • Create and develop cultivate flows for digital and face-to-face engagement
  • Lead a team in the Innovation Hub to deliver innovative activations, use cases in various forms and channels
  • Drive programs and lead development of 5G Use Cases for one of the largest customers in the region
  • Manage the operation of the innovation hub facility including budgeting and expenses, resource planning, schedule
  • Host customer delegation, seminars, demos, workshops, events in the innovation hub
  • Engage with campaign managers and domains teams to build relevant business cases based on customer difficulty pre-studies and requirements

You will bring

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent training/experience
  • Experience from leading teams and 7+ years of demonstrated ability from marketing and/or sales
