الوصف الوظيفي
- Craft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
- Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
- Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.
6. Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
7. Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
8. Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
9. Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
10. Managing and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
11. Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
12. Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
13. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
14. Preparing cost analyses, and reports.

المهارات
Qualification:
Degree in Accounting / Business Management/ Commerce/ Engineering
Experience:
5 years’ experience in Procurement and Contracts Management

· Teamwork
Knowledge & Skills:
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP Procurement Module, especially Oracle Fusion.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Control the Contracts and Manage the contract cycle and renewals
- Source new vendors for spare parts and other items procured for the operation
- Optimize the cost and have the best deal from our suppliers/subcontractors
- Consider value for money during negotiations and finalizations of any deal/contract.
ISO/QHSE:

Languages:
- Good English, written and verbal communication skills
- Preferable Good written and verbal Arabic communication skills.
