Compliance Manager (Food & Beverage)
Role Description:
The Compliance Manager leads the Compliance Unit of the Business Quality Division to preserve the company’s integrity and ensure it stays on a lawful and ethical course. This position ensures adherence to legal standards and in-house policies. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of the business, as well as provide guidance on compliance matters. Under the direction of the CEO, you will plan and conduct internal audit engagements to safeguard resources and determine if processes, activities, functions, and departments meet the criteria for effective control.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
· Revise policies, procedures, reports periodically to identify risks or non-conformity issues.
· Collaborate with department heads to draft, modify and implement company policies.
· Monitor regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
· Build an Internal Audit function that supports the needs of the business; and is respected for its objectivity, independence and integrity.
· Develop periodic audits; follow up process to gain feedback regarding the implementation of recommendations, and update stakeholders on matters that affect financial condition and viability of operations.
· Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
· Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as required and as appropriate

Job Requirements:
· BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or related field.
· Audit or compliance related certification is a plus.
· Minimum 7-10 years of audit, compliance and HCCP experience.
· Strong communication and report writing skills.
· Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
· High level of moral character, and an ability to bring forth issues in balanced way.
· In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.
· Strong business acumen with a dedication to legality.
· Methodical and diligent with excellent analytical skills
