Job Description :

Interface with the public sector entities for regulatory matters.
Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO.
Support the financial planning and analysis.
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
Interact with Banks and Manage the relationships.
Must be CPA qualified, apart from formal qualification in Finance.
