Chief Financial Officer

Job Description :

  • Interface with the public sector entities for regulatory matters.
  • Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO.
  • Support the financial planning and analysis.
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
  • Interact with Banks and Manage the relationships.
  • Must be CPA qualified, apart from formal qualification in Finance.
