Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

The Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing is responsible for maximizing the revenues for the hotel as well as generating maximum online coverage for all the facilities within the destination. This role will require to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel's digital marketing strategy
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible of the Social Media Marketing Strategy Plan: owned, paid and earned media. Strengthen customer relationships through Paid Social and Earned Media, monitoring both hotel and competitors presence on social media for performance enhancement.
  • Maximize revenue from PPC, Google Ads, SEO, Retarget Marketing, Meta Search and other performance marketing activities based on hotel business priorities, seasonality and marketing plan.
  • Assist in management of hotel & residences websites, ensuring that content is accurate, SEO optimized, up to date and in line with brand standards.
  • Assist in planning, managing and executing digital marketing activities for each hotel & residence to drive demand and bookings to Brand.com.
  • Report and review monthly brand website performance, social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Management of listings on Hyatt Restaurants
  • Management of local listings like Google My Business and Trip Advisor
  • Monitor and evaluate website traffic, YOY performance, promotions tracking, etc. via omniture tracking.

Qualifications

  • Ideally with a University degree or Master in Marketing or relevant major.
  • Work experience as AssistantManager -Digital Marketing preferably in advertising agency or in international luxury hotel chain.
  • Preferably candidate with Digital Marketing proven records and with experience in managing many properties.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • Clear concise written and refined verbal communication skills in English.
