Project Delivery Manager

- Insuring smooth operations and maintenance.
- Incident management and problem management.
- Insuring smooth tariff management and performing changes in the system for new services and enhancing existing services.
- Make sure all opened faults, technical queries and emergencies are responded, restored, and resolved.
- Secure the needed work environment for the teams to prevent any productivity degradation.
- Responsible for managing, coaching and driving the teams to achieve KPIs.
- Preparing needed reports and presentations for management and customer review on regular/on demand basis.
- Participating/driving conference calls, meetings and action plans.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to work independently and with team.
- Open approach to solving problems and dealing with new proposals.
- A thorough and methodical approach to work.
- High degree of analytical and investigative abilities.
- High experience on IN and charging system (Siemens @vantage)/NSN (select and charge@once)/Ericsson (CS5)).
- Technical assistance for new IN implementation and integration with another NE.
- Support in the Acceptance (ATP) tests for New Ericsson IN Platform (SDP, CCN, OCC, EMM and VS).
- Building new offers using Offer Manager (NSN IN) and RMA (E/// Rating Manager) Administration GUIs.
- Hands on UNIX/ORACLE/SHELL scripting.
- Bachelor of Computer Science and Information Systems.
- 10+ years in operation and maintenance of Intelligent Network and customer added Value Services in many positions (operator/vendor/Engineer/TL/Manager).
