الوصف الوظيفي
Role:
– Promote birthday packages via social media or by calling the customers.
– Provide information and details to the customer regarding all the packages including cost, schedule and respective services etc.
– Park tour services related to the birthday flows and venues.
– Establish agreements with the customer for the birthday package.
– Verify and settle down payments from the customer.
– Plan and coordinate the party schedule, food, souvenirs for the giveaway etc.
– Carry out the advance payment & final payment including extra service charges of the party.
– Place the order for the cakes via and necessary orders for the birthday party.
– Prepare and update sales revenue and sales report of the parties held.
– Welcome and support the customers during the event.

Experience:
Preferred experience in Entertainment background or experience in organizing events.
