A senior sales associate works to promote and offer items for their association. The senior sales asociate may need to discover new customers, making telephone calls and visits to manufacture for their advantage. Customer service is key in this situation, as it holds clients and urges them to buy more items. The capacity to work adequately with other colleagues is vital too.
Key Accountabilities:
.Always focus on customer engagement to avoid dissatisfaction.
.Maintain eye contact with customers and assist customers in purchase decision.
.Mention new arrivals/styles to customers and aware them of the current offers available.
.Suggesting an alternative in case of absence of the product requested by the customer.
.Ensure merchandise are requested daily and is received in correct quantity from the warehouse and other shops. Inform supervisor on short / excess received.
.Ensuring Merchandise is correctly tagged & bar-coded.
.Report to management in case of shop lifting or complains.
.Ensure products are securely tagged and engage in being alert.
.Contributing ideas to control pilfer ages & reporting to shop manager any unusual/suspicious activity in Retail.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
Graduates / High School with Diploma
Language
English – Beginner/ Intermediate
Arabic – Mandatory
Job Experience
2- 3 Years of experience.
Technology
Basic MS word.
Skills
– Fluency in Arabic Language
– Ability to speak basic english
– Willing to relocate to UAE and flexible to work across different Emirates/Cities.
– Openness to work in long shifts / do laborious work
– Disciplined and willing to comply with country law/company policies.
