Main Purpose Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading the BU product avilaiblity agenda to meet the BU forecasted demand through timely production and deployment. The purpose and scope of this role is to ensure the BU delivers the AOP metrices through planning and supplying the right product to the right location at the right time. SC Manager will be leading MRP, DP and P&D to sustain BIC demand compliance along with high forecast accuracy across all channels and markets. Accountabilities Planning production and deployment to timely fulfill all market requirements, while optimizing production cycles, to increase efficiency, achieve FG inventories and freshness target: Getting the right product mix in the right place at the right time. Track shipment versus forecast (Forecast accuracy %). Lead Demand compliance per location, channel and market. Communicate 3 months rolling forecast with GP for materials planning purposes. Issue production plans and coordinate change of plans between GP, production and warehouse. Track actual vs. plan for production (Production Compliance %). Issue monthly finished product analysis and plans for remnant stocks to maintain agreed freshness rate. Plan for product launches; line upgrades and minor/major shutdowns. Manage, coach and develop supervisors to be highly professional and results-oriented. Identify and deliver their training needs and development plans. Set their objectives and conducts performance appraisals to continuously measure and improve their performance, capabilities and skills. Differentiating Competencies Required Leadership skills in creating a participative environment and a winning team with an experience of 5+ years in a managerial position Managing and deploying Sector/Global programs to improve operation excellence in planning, preparation, execution and tracking performance related to warehousing. Excellent Planning & Organizing skills, project management & change management capability Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence/change the behaviors of others internally and externally. Self-driven and able to work independently with a high degree of business savvy. Excellent command of English language and literacy in computer usage. Problem solving and strong analytical thinking by using advanced root-cause investigation tools to optimize Inventry and setting action plans. Reviewing the design drawings for WH facility routinely and coming up with optimal solutions. Agility and swift adaptation for business related challenges. Ability to coach and support others to ensure requirements are understood/met. Ability to operate under pressure in a multi discipline work environment.
