Job Purpose: To maintain and provide technical support in Riyadh & Dammam Manufacturing plants Operations Technology (OT) infrastructure and servers, computers and drive initiatives in improving the plants OT automation and sustain Cyber Security, to maintain a reliable and secure platform for manufacturing operations and DVC investments. lead the implementation of Control System Architecture across all capital projects enabling integration and standardisation as per Pep Operational Technology (OT) global strategy Key Accountabilities: – Troubleshoot any Plant OT automation related Issues at site & coordinate between 3rd. party, suppliers, vendors, and the end users. – Manage, Track & Maintenance of backup and recovery of Systems & their Databases – Lead and execute all OT related capital projects E2E- Both plants – Manage, Maintain & Monitor Desktop installed in manufacturing lines & servers installed in Data Centre – Perform in accordance with PepsiCo global information security standard which include & not limited to immediate upgrade to the approved versions of any OS, patching & hardware refresh – Implement & track cyber security upgrades /patch works to the system to deliver plant and business requirements – Follow change management process for all plant OT automation systems on site – Maintain the plant OT systems, ensuring targets for availability and data integrity are met as Pepsico date security policies – Manage and implement 3rd. party support and system upgrades to maintain the value and concurrency of the systems – Provide periodic reports of updates made and actions taken to maintain PepsiCo’s Plant OT Automation infrastructure & computers. In addition, will respond based on the Agreed SLA all agreed equipment failures analysis through RCA to drive action to implement mitigation plans – Enable technology & knowledge transfer & support related to OT operations within supply chain team – Maintain an asset inventory, tracking and reporting cyber security compliance and obsolescence risks – Implement audit and risk assessment tools to direct site maintenance practices and upgrade investment, thereby eliminating business interruption risks – Provide technical SME support on Controls & Automation Systems – Ensure that overall Controls & Automation System strategy is aligned and delivered as per PEP Operational Technology (OT) global strategy #LI-MENA Qualifications Competencies Required Excellent documentation, communication and facilitation skills Ability to collaborate, and to align teams behind shared goals. Ability to manage competing priorities, and formulate and deliver against time-plans. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to self-learn and innovate Exemplary interpersonal skills with ability to influence at senior levels within the organisation. Ability to explain complex technical issues/solutions to a non-technical audience.
