An exciting opportunity is available for Operator, Dry Assembly, based in Riyadh and will reports directly to Supervisor, Dry Assembly.
Summary:
Operates under general supervision, team member. Knowledge and insight of practical methods, techniques and work processes gained through work experience and basic technical training. Performs a range of tasks in more than one area with complicated equipment and coordinate activities among the operators/technicians so that all activities are carried out in safe and timely manner.
In this role, you will be responsible of:
1. Operate plant equipment in a single process equipment, conducting routine checks and gathering basic data.
2. Operate equipment in more than one process area, simple troubleshooting where necessary
3. Ensure that the correct process parameters are met and that product quality and inventory is maintained
4. Operate equipment from the DCS, monitoring and controlling a multi area, taking corrective actions as appropriate.
5. Provide support during emergency response situations in line with standard procedures and/or instructions from senior personnel.
6. Complie with all relevant quality and HSE procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment with supervision.
7. Operate with minor supervision the activities and work within a specific in compliance with the set policies.
8. Monitor observations on unsafe/safe acts, and report in a timely manner.
9. Participate in training operators or technicians and Provides guidance to ensure standards of performance are achieved.
10. Monitoring and implement machines housekeeping and safety issues.
11. Fill machines production records.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Diploma Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3 years experience with Degree.
